What if my item is not in stock?

We attempt to fill each order promptly and completely, however in some cases an item maybe out of stock, these items will not be charged until we are able to fill the order and it is ready for shipment.

What if I received something in error or it is damaged?

We can only issue credit for any damaged merchandise or products sent out in error. Sales are final and nonrefundable. Damages or defective products wil be replaced with new items after damaged items are returned to us. Claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the products.
