For US deliveries: orders are shipped via UPS ground, at a flat rate of $12.00 for orders under $150.00 for shipping and handling. We process and ship smaller orders with in 1-3 business days and are usually received in 5-7 business days. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $150.00.

Refunds:

Sales are final and nonrefundable. We can only issue a credit for any damaged merchandise or products sent to you in error . Damaged products will be replaced with the new items AFTER items are returned to us. Claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the products.
